Coming soon: the 7 Laws of Well-being e-Course …

In this e-Course the author Anita Revel will be sharing with you her personal experience of how her baby revealed the seven laws of well-being. She became open to these messages because the pregnancy brought with it a heightened awareness and connection to her body and intuition, thereby making her an open receptor to the lessons baby had in store for her. Not just for pregnant women, the over-riding lessons learned at each stage apply to all women and men.

The seven laws of well-being are physical, transitional, personal, emotional, creative, mental and spiritual, and can be defined in short as:

  • Physical Well-being: feeling strong, balanced, nurtured, fit and vibrant celebrates her physical body and her connection to Earth,family and humanity
  • Transitional Well-being: being able to cope with change and evolution. is comfortable with infinite abundance,emotional flow and creative freedom
  • Personal Well-being: having boundaries and an acute sense of Self. is proud of her Self and her actions in all her aspects – light and shadow, public and private
  • Emotional Well-being: being open to relationships based on mutual respect, truth, warmth and admiration. fosters mutually fulfilling relationships at all levels – professional, personal, intimate, familial
  • Creative Well-Being: being able to express oneself clearly, creatively, free from conditioning and fear. speaks her truth with diplomacy and shares her learnings with grace
  • Mental Well-being: being free of toxicity, trust in one’s own wisdom and capability, … clearly knows what is right for her,and acts in honour of her innate wisdom and intuition
  • Spiritual Well-being: revellng in the connection with hte divine; iwth the essence that makes joy possible. revels in her divine purpose/work with gratitude, dignity and joy

During each journey on the e-Course you will be asked to pay attention to a state of well-being.
